NOT as advertised

I bought a Snowmaster Fridge from Afgri Witbank August 2014, the person assisting me assured me the fridge does come standard with a thermal insulating bag. This was written on my slip and signed by by this person as well. They were to locate the bag and call me to collect it by them.<br> <br> Eventually after about two months my wife followed up with Afgri witbank where she were told they did follow up with snowmaster South Africa and the fridge does not come with the bag (the bag and a thermometer are listed on the box to be included.<br> <br> After this I phoned snowmaster South Africa myself and they assured me the fridge does come standard with a thermal insulating jacket and a remote thermometer which they also owe me. I emailed afgri witbanks Branch manager where her reply were most unprofessional.<br> <br> The thermal insulating bag is not only to protect the fridge but to assist in meeting the advertised thermal efficiancy as well.<br> <br> <br> Please advise.<br>
