Appalling Customer Service

Absolutely no customer service or etiquette whatsoever. When you enter their store in Brits (north west) you immediately feel like an intruder and there is always no more then one sales person. There is always the excuse of slow systems, your parts cannot be ordered before payment and when pop was sent you hope and pray they read their e-mails so that you might get the parts that same month.
