Paid and now can’t get hold of company
Placed an order on their Black Friday deal. Still nothing received, was told they were delayed but I would be contacted when they were ready. On the 15th I emailed I was leaving for holiday on the 23rd. Since then I have heard nothing, cell number off, emails bouncing back, WhatsApp messages not being read or answered and school starts next week - very frustrated and feeling ****med 😤

I 'd like to start off by apologising for not sending your order out yet. I was delayed with finishing up the orders up to those placed on Black Friday weekend as promised, as I tested positive for Covid on the 8th of December and was out of commission for 3 weeks (I had complications which took me longer to recover from than anticipated).
I did not know about the email problem - it's being looked at right now.
Phone calls and Whatsapp messages aren't being answered right now as AFG is closed until the 7th of January (only officially opening on the 10th). I am however using this week and last, to catch up on orders to get them out to as many people as possible before school starts.
All the orders placed on Black Friday weekend has been printed and will be packed and sent during this week.
Your patience for just a few more days will be highly appreciated.
