Worst customer experience

1st time buyer and the worst experience ever. Order completed on a Wednesday and week later no order received. Followed up the Tuesday and was advised that ordered will be dispatched. Delivery was promised the next day which is now 1 week 1 day and still no order..

Better to think twice before ordering from them
