Positive Experience

Affordable Power Solutions recently installed a solar power system for my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the initial consultation with Junaid to the final installation, every step of the process was smooth and professional.

The team at Affordable Power Solutions was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They also worked with me to design a system that fit both my budget and my energy requirements, ensuring that I got the best possible value for my investment.

The installation itself was quick and efficient, with the team completing the job in just a day. They were respectful of my property and took care to minimize any disruption to my daily routine. Once the system was up and running, they took the time to walk me through its operation and answer any questions I had.

I've been struggling since 13 May to get APS to change the time zone on my Solarman Plant, but just getting the runaround with empty promises.
When APS created my plant in Solarman, they left the default time zone set to Cairo. As a result, when Cairo's daylight-saving time changed on 26 April, my system's stats have been off by an hour.

I initially had a very positive experience with Affordable Power Solutions. The initial engagement was excellent, and the installation process was seamless. The installation team was efficient, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended.Shortly after the installation, I encountered an issue with the time zone configuration in the plant creation of the Solarman system. Despite multiple follow-ups and back-and-forth communications, it took them almost two weeks to correct this simple error. This delay was incredibly frustrating and caused unnecessary complications.In light of these issues, I requested admin access to my own plant. I even provided step-by-step instructions on how to grant this access, emphasizing that it would only affect my plant and not others. Despite my detailed guidance, no one bothered to respond to my request. To date, I am still waiting for any sort of response from their support team.While Affordable Power Solutions started off strong with their initial service and installation, their post-installation support has been severely lacking. The delays and lack of communication have been very disappointing. If you value reliable and responsive customer support, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
