We had an 8KW Sunsynk system with 5KWH Dyness battery and solar system installed by APS in February 2023 - Not only was the initial assessment and order process (through Andre) seamless, but so was the installation (a professional and efficient installation team handled an awkward installation location on our property) a good experience all around.

Last week (April 2024) I contacted APS for an additional battery to add to the system and this again was a good experience from contact to sales to installation.
