From the first point of contact with André from APS, I received immediate attention in a professional manner. All questions were answered and issues explained as they were raised. The installation team were so friendly and did a splendid job with our installation. Even though there were some challenges with the weather (rain),they were very professional and continued with the tasks at hand. The installation was very neat and we are extremely satisfied! Afterwards the system was explained to us,and the offer was made that we are welcome to contact APS should any further questions or issues arrive. What a comforting thought, since we are very new at this and will still need to learn the ins and outs of the system.
