Ben Cronje is our sales consultant. Mike, Mark and Nkosi were our installation team. From day one, that late Saturday morning, Ben received my wife and I at your offices in Boksburg with professionalism. Our initial experience was further enhanced with Ben coming out to to our home to resolve all our concerns and many questions. He followed up diligently with an email explaining point by point what and how our system was to be designed and installed. The installation date promised was achieved, starting with a call the morning of from Ben saying what time your team would arrive. Arriving on time, Mike lead the installation with excellent leadership skills (and provided the COC after completing the installation), followed closely with Mark who patiently explained how the system works (while Mark was setting up the wifi connection). Nkosi was extremely careful to ensure the work area was left the way when they arrived; clean & tidy. Truly, their credibility and track record is well stated in the introduction mail.
