Poor Plumbing Services

On Friday, 27 August 2019, me and my wife requested the services of the Affordable Plumbing Services company as we were experiencing some minor water drips in the bathroom basin. Employees from the company arrived and assessed the situation and informed us that we had worn out water pipes. We were charged R5 200.00 for the changes.

A day later on 28 August 2019 after Affordable Plumbing Services had finished their work, the water which was no longer dripping in the bathroom basin had flooded the bathroom. We called Affordable Plumbing Services as they had informed us that we had six (6) months guarantee on the services which they had performed. The calls were made on 28, 29, 30 September and 01 October 2019 where we were told that the situation has been noted and employees from the company are on their way to our house to address the issue. On 01 October when calls were made, an employee by the name of Quinton was adamant that the issue was being addressed and he had informed us that some employees were on their way to address the issue.

It is now 12:39 on 01 October 2019 and no calls have been received from the company or the employees which were apparently coming to address the issue and no employees from Affordable Plumbing Services have arrived. We feel that the client services provided by Affordable Plumbing Services were extremely poor and the company ripped us off of a large amount of money and do not "stick to their word" that they are on their way to address situations that they made worse as no employees have arrived to address the issue.

Should anyone be experiencing some plumbing issues, please think very hard about requesting services from the "Affordable Plumbing Services" company.
