Absolutely pathetic customer service

I had requested a hair-wash basin to be installed at my spa, Dean, came through and i showed him what needed to be done. A few days later, he then left one of his workers there.<br> They installed the basin incorrectly, but nevertheless I did not complain, I decided I could work with it, instead of them removing it and redoing it . I paid them in full.<br> Later on, I realised that everything was left so untidy, holes not filled etc. so I called dean and he apologised saying he would come through. But never did.<br> <br> Today I called again, after numerous calls about the unfinished job, and deans wife picks up. Speaks absolutely rudely to me and swears at me. Saying her husband is in hospital (i don't know how true this is)and she doesn't give a f**K about a hole in the wall. She has absolutely no customer service skills So unprofessional. I don't advise anyone to deal with this company as they seem as if they do not care about clients (who obviously pay their salaries).<br> She spoke as if she was avoiding completing the job, after they were paid in full.<br> Horrible experience with this company.
