(NON) Affordable Industries

A supplier called Robert rep**** on an online advert which I placed for the upgrading of my computer. An invoice was sent to me on an "Affordable Industries" letterhead. An immediate payment of 50% deposit was made into his business account by us at Thyme bank on 8 April. A few days later he informed me that he was finished building the pc and would like to install it at any day. We made several appointments which he did not honour. On 19 April when he again didn't pitch for our appointment, I asked for a refund which he agreed to, he never paid my money back. After I reported it, he sent me a whatsapp to confirm that he has done the refund on 24 April, but still nothing has been received, not a POP or the money as promised. His account has been depleted. He also advertises as lockandhandymanpro, for pool installations, wendy houses, electrical fencing etc. Be careful, you will loose your deposit, and no work will be done. Very disappointed.
