I HAVE PAID FOR A WENDY HOUSE AND NOT RECIEVED

I have purchased a wendy house by Affordable Housing Solutions. The sales person was Gavin. It was last year September . I have paid R3500 and have not received any wedy house, Everytime I phone I will get a refund. Its now 8 months and no refund. When I phone and they know its me they put the phone down in my ear
