You are dealing with the wrong company because their service is poor

Four, yes 4 hours late for their appointment. Then the owner, Raymond shouts at me because I keep on phoning to find out what is going on since nobody phones or informs me and they continue to tell me they are on their way. I rushed from a meeting in Pretoria to be on time for them and then I waited 4 hours. Dis is disrespectful to me and my time. But as Raymond said himself, I am dealing with the wrong company because their service is poor.
