Pay a R600 penalty for paying with ETF

<p>These guys are just ***boys. I've used them a few times with mixed feelings. Reliability, its a gamble. Costs, sometimes overquote. Today was the worst and last time I'll deal with them. I asked them to go to a tenants house to fix a garage door. They did go straight away which was nice. But then I got a call from them (using my tenants phone), to tell me that the cost would be R1600. Ok fine I said. No they said, you must pay cash or pay and extra R600 for ETF.???!!! Ridiculous, I said, I've used you before, its not like I'm a stranger. They insisted so I sent them packing. R600 more? A cash disount of 5% is normal, R600 is thievery and probably *********** the VAT and company tax as well.</p> <p>One less regular customer and not even a callout fee is what they achieved.
