Awesome service

<p>I bought a 2005 Nissan X-Trail from Affordable Cars on the 10th of April 2017 and I took possession of the car on the 11th of April 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>After I left the dealer I stopped to collect a trailer loaded with my belongings and I headed off to the Northern Cape. After about 100km my car started blowing out white smoke between Ventersdorp and Krugersdorp. I slowly drove to the nearest garage where I phoned the dealer and then my insurance company.</p> <p> </p> <p>The dealer didn’t answer the phone (it was already after 2200 though) and I thought “oh-oh here we go” I’ve been had. However early the next day the dealer returned my call and after I explained what happened he immediately assured me that Affordable Cars would take care of the repairs.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a few minutes the owner of Affordable Cars also phoned me to assure me that they would refund me for the repairs. All I had to do was to provide them with my banking details and the invoices and they would take care of it.</p> <p> </p> <p>The staff at Affordable Cars was friendly and professional throughout my buying experience, but their honesty and integrity (no excuses, no arguments) after the car broke down was what I appreciated the most.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Affordable Cars, Kempton Park.</p>
