Poor workmanship leading to *****

On coming to my premises you personally measured up in detail for an extension of 2.5m to an existing car port you had previously erected, including faults on previous erection. We both agreed on the coverage on the existing one, and new one to cover our new vehicles from the sun as protection, as well as 2 sheets of roofing on the length of the old one, allowing more shade. I waited another few weeks to no avail, went to address above in Arena Park, where the owner of the premises, claimed to be a relative, refused to accept a letter of demand from the department of Justice stating that you moved out, reluctant in giving me a forwarding address as you do not answer any calls. I am now obliged to employ a tracing agent to deliver the letter of demand, including costs and am in the process of opening a case of ***** plus costs. I also have proof of your banking details for the tracing agency. You have tried to con me on many occasions and I have personally spoken to your wife on land-line. Should this not be resolved in 7 days, the ***** case will be set in motion. It's in your hands now to resolve this matter.
