Traumatised and Humiliated

I had to use more petrol and pay extra R200 as they were within my reach and charged R 1 100. They should give a written apology and compensate for extra mile i have to drive and fork out more money They should pay my bill yo see a psychologist i would not recommend family and friends to this service centre. The owner was very unprofessional
