Real Bad Service

Our compsny recently replaced the blinds in the office.<br> We got a few quotes and finally settled with this company called Affordable Blinds.<br> We paid the deposit on 29 January 2016. A few weeks later they installed.<br> The guy that did the quote (John Wrigley) wasn't present. Just one worker.<br> We had very specific installation requirements, that wasn't followed,<br> They couldn't finish because there was one piece of material missing.<br> The one window's rope is too long. We asked for another quote on two more windows, <br> which wasn't done. (They received full payment at this time.) <br> Since then we haven't been able to get a hold of these people. <br> Several phone calls and emails have just been ignored.<br> About three weeks ago, we finally got a hold of John. <br> He said that he would have to find the paperwork and then come back to us. <br> Still nothing !<br> Even in a country plagued with bad service, this stands out. <br> I will never do business with them again, and would certainly advise others against doing so.
