I used this service in June 2025, trusting in their assurance of “Unmatched Security” and “Industry-Leading Service”, and I’ve regretted it since. Upon return of my vehicle, the driver admitted to speeding with the car, leading to him having to swerve in an attempt to avoid an accident – and instead driving off the road. When the car got to me the front bumper was broken, stuffed with grass and popped out of place.

The shift supervisor assured me that they would cover all costs related to repairs, and swiftly provided me with a written agreement confirming that they accept full responsibility for the incident, and that the car should be repaired at a service provider of my choice – at their expense. Once I had attained the quotation, all promises of customer service was left behind. Dozens of missed calls, ignored emails and ignored messages later, I am still being met with little to no communication. When I do get a hold of them, I am told that the quoted amount is “more than what they had expected” and that they cannot afford the repair. In an attempt to settle the matter through my own insurance, I requested a copy of the driver’s driver's license and an incident report (both of which I was promised the day of the incident) to attain a case number. These requests have further been met by ignored communication on all fronts.

This service provider is unreliable, ********* and has no regard for customer service. Please avoid at all cost.
