Shade Port top falling apart

I had a shade port installed at my house during September 2014 by Afford A Port, based in South Field in the Western Cape. Upon arrival they planted the poles that held up the structure, after numerous phone calls I had to wait nearly a month for them to install the netting that comes on top and fully complete the job.<br> <br> The shade port holds a 5 year warranty, its been 1 year and 3 months later, the stitching are all pulling loose and the top is starting to tear in the wind.<br> <br> I contacted Riyaaz on the Dec 24th 2015 to notify him about the repair that must be done. He said they are currently close for the year and i should call back after 10 Jan 16.<br> <br> I called him on Monday 11 Jan 16, to remind him about the repairs, he said i should sms him my address and he will personally come check the damage in that week....he never pitched up!<br> <br> My wife called him on Mon 18 Jan 16, he her he would come that same day...he never pitched up.<br> <br> My wife called again on Wed 20 Jan 16 and Thursday 21 Jan 16, his secretary said he would call us back...he never did.<br> <br> My wife called them again this morning, they yet again promised to come and repair the shade port this week.<br> <br> so now we wait and see.
