Worst service - Affluence Property Management

Affluence Property Management is inferior to Huurkor in every way. The service, which is essentially non-existent, is atrocious. When you request something, they simply ignore you. They do not even follow the required hiring processes. After they are hired as a property manangement, you must wait five months before you are informed. They do not inform you; they simply enter your yard without asking. When you request financial statements, you will receive nothing. Our park last held its annual general meeting two and a half years ago. Even then, we were unable to obtain any specific information on what is occurring in the Park. Trustees are self-employed individuals who make their own decisions. They demand fees on your Levies without providing any explanation as to why. This is the most poorly designed and managed property management in the country.
