Divestment not paying out

I have been trying since 26 April 2018 to have my BIT Coin investment paid out. Getting all sorts of stories of hash rate that must be sold, but nothing gets further than that. Could it take 7 WEEKS to have hash rate sold?? Now I don't even get a response from them anymore. I have a feeling this is all one huge ****.
