Useless insurance, doesn’t care about people

I logged a claim for a damaged car on the 27th of December 2020. I told the consultant that my car was currently sitting on its rim. They called me to take my car to an assessor after I told them the tyre is damaged. They didn’t arrange for a tow truck to tow the vehicle to a tyre store and they didn’t offer a courtesy car. ******* service and useless insurance. I have not been able to go anywhere for over a week and I have a comprehensive insurance cover.
