Rude call center agent Tayvia Fulford

i have two vehicles on cover with affinity on the 28/11/2018 i had the pleasure of dealing with this very arrogant and condescending lady named Tayvia Fulford. she is rude, shouts at client for not understanding insurance terms and slams the phone down on clients. her rudeness have no place in country can she perhaps take it else where its still allowed. thank you Vukani ********** 353
