Ridiculous premium increase

<p>I've been with the company since late May 2017. Paid my 1st premium in June. I received an email pointing out a risk review. I did not read the email. I got a call yesterday from my brokers who referred me to this company to mention that my premium would be going up and they wanted to find out if I'm fine with it. I asked by how much. My premium was R879.40, the new premium would be R2333.82, this to me does not make any sense and this company should not even exist as an insurance company if this is how they treat their customers. I have been told that there are a lot of customers who are sitting in the same predicament as I am. Even the retentions department seems to not care at all. Absolutely shocked at how pathetic this is. </p>
