Messed up insurance
1. I am not happy/satisfied with the service I have received from you from day one of the accident, it took 12 days to approve my claim as it has spent so much time on validation and no one was in communication. I had to always do the follow up. 2. The recommended panel beater (SFANAPANELBEATER) is *********** and always lying when asked about the status of my car, I have received thousands of stories in a small period of time regarding the status of my car. 3. I have requested SFANA PANELBEATERS to provide me with the documents to verify that they are Volkswagen approved panel beater, none was showed and I even walk to their offices to see the certificate, till today I have not seen anything which puts a serious risk to me should I want to sell the car. The value of my car has/will depreciated drastically due to you not wanting to pay and fix on a none approved VW panel beater. 4. A small amount was approved to fix my car and I was advised that they will not use genuine part on my car as its out of warrant, of which that was never discussed with me when taking the insurance. The discussion I had with the consulted is that should I be involved in an accident, my car will be fixed to a state that was in and that means all genuine to be replaced according. Why when the car was out of warrant, my insurance did not reduced to fit the none warrant/genuine parts on the car. My car has never missed service, that on its own should be a true sign to you that the car was well taken care of and due diligence should has been done to fix the car with genuine parts. 5. You Assessor approved non-xenon lights for my car while I was using Xenon lights, the service provider then had to run around requesting for additional fund to cover for the Xenon light. When I had to take the car I was advised that the cradler does not fit in the car as the approved or provided cradler was for Polo 6. To me that is a high level of incompetency by your assessor and trying their level best cut the cost and not give me what is due to my POLO GTI (A car that I was paying the insurance for but rather a copy of it with part not suitable for its performance) After the cradler I have again been advised that the bumper is wrong and they had to get back to you again to authorize to get the right bumper for my car which again will take another week or so. Today it makes 7 weeks without a car and it really frustrates the hell out of me with this back and forth. 6. I had few scratches on the rear bumper where the panel beater advised that they also needs to be fixed, your assessor said you only cover for the damages of the accident so I don’t know whether you want me to log another claim with another access to cover for the scratched on the car, for me that is not fair as the car is on the panel beater, all the scratched were supposed to be fixed. I personally feel like you assessor is bias and only have the interest of the company at heart not of the client.
