Croock of an insurance company

This insurance is a *******. My car was vandalised and the body and Tyres were damaged. They got *********** assessors who didn’t make a quote for the Tyres, only made a quote for the body, reason being they want a lessor quote so the access will be almost the quote amount. They didn’t provide a tow truck and courtesy car, which is included in my cover. I bought a tyre myself and they won’t reimburse my money. Claim was lodged in December, now it’s February Affinity is finally responding because I’m asking for feedback on my claim.
