Bad service and misleading info

This is the worst insurance company, they do not inform you on no claim bonus and they do not give you anything back as they say they do, not even lower policy amount as stipulated by them. Also does not inform a person on their services and what needs to be done to use it. This is a company that lies and I will be moving my insurance ASAP as their service is unexceptable thank the lord I did not have to claim as they would probably not pay a claim as they always have stories.
