Affinity underwriting managers treated me unfairly

After the accident they said the car was written off, sent their investigator who was telling me that i am lying whenever i explain something to her and i asked what is her proof she says it doesn't matter, we ended up fighting because she was very annoying with her baseless accusations. Calling wrong hospital while i told her the hospital i was admitted to. Forcing me to sign tracker forms for her to able to get tracker data while i told her my account was deactivated. When she didn't find anything on the tracker and from the hospital. Apparently Affinity rejected my claim base on somebody who wasn't fair and very partial on her investigations. Her approach of investigating was judgements full of preconceived unfair judgements and she made her conclusions without rationality. Affinity is talking about a "Loss adjuster" which I didn't give the information. Who is this Loss Adjuster because no one came or called me and introduced as such. Please help i need fair treatment from affinity.
