Affinity Underwriting Managers so called car insurance cover

It is with outmost shock that Affinity Underwriting Managers would write off a business car involved in a car accident with dents only at the side of a car and keep prolonging the claim for almost 3 months. The alledged insurance company went on to say that the claimant had not submitted the complaint in time and further mentioned that that was the reason for closing off the claim.

Have you ever heard of a car being written off only because of in denting at the side and then they go and keep it for months whilst ducking and diving.

The matter was esscalated to the motor industry ombudsman who came back with virtually nothing. We are not protected as consumers and this lot is nothing less than a bunch of ******. It would not be advisible to join this group - ever.
