Affinity the worst insurer ever

This the worst shady company i have ever dealt with in my life , it is with such sadness that one can be ****** by these corporate giants. My advice is never join this service they don't respect their customers and do not pay out claims due to their own incompetence .

On July 31 my dad was involved in an accident , me arriving to the scene more concerned about his health felt the need to get medical assistance before contact them .Not being aware that my car will; be written off and them refusing to help me . I obtained a recording where i stated that i wanted to nominate my father as a regular driver but did not have his Id number present , the agent on the line told me its fine he will call back and we proceeded .When my car was written off they refused to help me claim from at faults driver insurance or help me with my claim . i beg you please do not use this insurance they corporate ****** , the mafia in suits and ties .
