Affinity doesn't rescue members!!!

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on 12/06/18. Since Affinity is so useless, I could not be treated for my injuries in your so called 'golden hour' and had to wait till the 13/06/18 at 15:00 before a government hospital could assist me after driving around in an ambulance because affinity rescue would not assist. I had major surgery performed on my arm and had internal bruising as a result i'm booked off for 6 weeks because i was not treated immediately. I phoned now to get a claim form for to be paid out the admission deposit and to cover the surgery cost. The gent I spoke to advised me that there isn't anything that can be done because a government hospital does it for free. Unfortunately that is not the case if you are employed and i am liable for the costs! I told him I have all the documentation to proof I was admitted and that I have the bill. I must say I am very unhappy with the service at this point. You religiously deduct money month after month without missing a beat but when we require your assistance nothing happens. I am on the Rescue and Day to Day benefit and they claim that I don't qualify for any compensation.
