Affinity Real Estate worst service ever
what horrific service...no customer service, no updates and when you follow up the agent Mannie Naicker tells you lies and you believe it and hold on and every month you think sale will be concluded as he tell you however yet nothing happens.
we placed our home for sale last year October and too date the agent from Affinty Real Estate in Port Elizabeth, when we ask him when will this be finalized, hes answer is i dont know, lets cross our fingers.. the buyer is calling the shots here yet we pay the agency and the attorney cost yet all you get from them is the run around.
worst experience ever, buyer paid two months occupational rent and when i ask the agent he advised that this is between myself and the buyer.... surprise surprise.
you tend to think that an older mature agent will be trustworthy and forthcoming however, this agent doesn't assist.
Affinnity Real Estate. and Rakesh Sam Attorneys are the worst ever, they do not deliver. when i asked the attorneys the advised i must ask the agent for the occupational rent, when ask the agent,he states this is between myself. Seven months of occupational rent is outstanding however they want to get paid.
this has been the most horrific disgusting service ever. unprofessional and right down *********, as the agent lies. when i asked for bridging finace he made me call everyday and even went looking for a house on his word and then just wasnt taking my calls and made excuses. you cannot rely on them.
If you want service and a pain free sale, never go to Affinity Real Estate.
