Affinity Real Estate are *******

What a nightmare! If you want to be treated like you don't exist go to affinity Real Estate. Our house is for sale and the buyer is living in the house and not paying occupational rent, and when I ask for the rental the agent Mannie Naicker from Affinity real Estate, he tells you lies and you tend to believe him as he is looking out for your best interest, right? Soooo wrong!! buyer owes R21 000 in occupational rent and when I ask him now he tell me this is between me and the buyer, what nonsense. I sent a mail to Transferring attorney Rakesh Sam to not release any funds to Affinity Real Estate and CCD my Agent , only to get a mail from Mr Naicker stating , "LOL WHAT A JOKE!" really? this from my agent who expects me to pay him but I must just go without my money? if I don't receive my R21 000 occupational rent I am not leaving this, I am going to the Media and Im going to the Real Estate Board. enough is enough!

These people act like this is nothing to them and don't look out for there customers, disgusting service ever.
