Worst service

The worst service I received in my life I lost my keys a few month back the service consultant made me feel so stupid and increased my distress by actually laughing at me on the phone. Again I was involved in a accident someone bumped into me instead of actually hearing me out the consultant was blatantly rude . It's the worst service one can ever get and I dont recommend them to anyone . I would recommend nobody ever use this service they are absolute **** .
