Worst Insurance Company in South Africa - The worst insurance claim company by far. They never feedback and take instructs from anyone on you policy and then with withdraw from matters when they are in the wrong. They can never provide you with telephone recordings or proof of conversations they have had. I do not believe they have any management as no manager is ever willing to take a call.

Kevin Beyers and his team are the worst I have ever seen. I will never take out insurance with Affinity again.
