Worst car insurance ever!

Horrible insurance! My car had minor damages due to a riot. I made a claim with affinity, and received the worst service ever. First when you phone them, you are put through a million people before getting someone who will assists. After filling their claim forms and mailing back, there’s no communication from their side, I have to keep on phoning them, it’s been three months and my car is still not fixed.
