Whats happening here?

I have an agreement with Affinity to debit R 703.00 due to a reversed debit order on my account. The amount is due on Friday evening but to my surprise I was debited R 99.00 this morning (Ref: Affinity Returned Item). What the **** is this? I sent an email to get clarity on this and I'm yet to get a response.
