Waiting for claim to be approved

Since I log a claim from the 14 of June, even today no one calling to inform you about the status of your claim, and when call then they will tell you that the guy you are looking for is either busy with another call or not at work, some times when send them email they will tell you that is waiting for approval, please help to deal with this so called insurance.
