Vehicle still not repaired since January 2015

I received a call today from Affinity Insurance underwriters for New National Assurance company advising me that my vehicle has been partially repaired but the comprehnsive insurance will not cover the mechanical damage to my vehicle after an accident that happened in January 2015 . My vehice has been standing at Afpha Panel beaters in Empangeni since January , and Affinity have only approved partial repairs to my vehicle . This is not acceptable and i would like to make the public aware of this .<br> <br> Mr L . Singh
