USELESS!!!TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM CLAIMS DEPARTMENT !!!!

<p>I have absolutely disgusted by the terrible pathetic service and the Dont give a damn attitude, that i received from this company . From the day that i was involved in an accident last month to date . From the Jabu person who answered my first call to the Kauthar Abrahams who doesnt seem to exist . I have submitted all documentations and have had no feedback what so ever on whats going on . I have to be the one calling and holding and still NO JOY ...What Tuckshop are these people running . I think theres only 2 claims consultants who work there , a Michael who takes calls after 2pm only and a KOKO who never responds to my messages . I regret ever dealing with this USELESS COMPANY , 1ST CLAIMS IN 3 YEARS AND THIS IS THE TREATMENT I RECEIVE ..SIES .... I guess i am left with no other choice but to seek legal advice ..</p>
