Useless insurance

The worst insurance ever, I recently registered a claim with them and they came with excuses when it's time for them to process and fix my car they only telling me that my claim has been rejected because the damages are within my excess. When I took the policy they never explained those rules to me. The agreement was R6000 access how did we get to R19 0000 I don't know. What they care about is monthly premiums.

Don't ever try to join this useless insurance.
