Unreliable & *************

Affinity insurance is completely out of order. They provide false information regarding claims. To date I have made numerous follow up with them and they keep providing me me with false information regarding my claim. The claim process is slow and takes forever, no feedback and regular updates are provided, unless you call to follow up on your claim. I am utterly disgusted at the level of service provided and would never refer anyone to Affinity Insurance after my experience.
