Unhappy customer

I was involved in a car accident on the 22 december 2023.i sent the company all the required documents.the damaged parts was bumber,bonnet n radiator.according to me and those things could be replaceable or being fixed.so on the 19th January I received the email of saying your car it's been written off and it's been moved from peanel beater.i ddnt received any call or an email stating wat is the reason for the vehicle to be written off.am not happy at all.
