I had an incident on 24/10/2015 and my claim was approved on the 03/11/2015.My car has been sitting at Leon Panelbeaters (Bloemfontein) without any report from insurance . The panelbeater keeps changing dates when I phone as to when they will finish. I have no car and I have to go home KZN on the 11/12/2015.The service from insurance and panelbeater sucks. Panelbeater tells me about waiting for tyres from Jo'burg for 3 weeks and I have to walk 5km to work . The panelbeater is promising to finish on time since he has five days how true is that because I have to be home .
