Unauthorised debit order

I got a call from their consultant and they gave me a quote and I decided to take the insurance and give them my details and two days later I decided to change my mind and cancel since I was not happy with the reviews about them and it was cancelled and I also got the confirmation of cancellation. Only to wake up today and they took my money…why affirnitty!!!!
