Trying to charge an excess on something not in policy

Got broken into,back window smashed Lodged a claim,come out to fix it and asks R850 excess???? Policy clearly states excess on windscreen ,not on side window.their reply,windscreen means all windows!!!! No it doesn't!Windscreen means windscreen!huge difference between side window and windscreen
