Third party claim

I Tumelo Mashiane I am a third party claiming against affinity insurance policy holder on claim number AA548781/1, I am still waiting for feedback after three months after I was bumped by their client from the back, I am so glad I am not insured with such a company, I would not advise anyone to Insure their assets with this so called Affinity Insurance , their service is pathetic. I wonder what is difficult to make a decision after THREE Months of validation since the incident happened. The South African law states one has to keep a safe distance that would allow cars 2 cars to fit between the vehicle on front and the one at the back but it takes this Affinity Insurance to make a decision. All I want Is the final decision because I cannot wait the whole year, I am stuck and this vehicle is used as a source of transport. If one had made a quote with such a company I think you now can make an informed decision, imagine if you were their client and you bumped someone, would you cope to deal with the third party for three months seeking feedback from you?, I can imagine whooa.
