The worst experience of my life

<p>I'm a first time car owner and I have been with this insurance company for just under s year. A few months into owning my car I had a third party claim against me in October which is still not resolved. The other party has been threatening me with legal action. The second claim my access was R14 000 calculated by various obscure percentages. After this accident they lost my car after their person towed it to a different place and they didn't tell me until the assessors called to tell me they could not find it where it was supposed to be. Imagine my horror to think my car was missing and my insurance couldn't locate it. I was told my access would be R4000 by the broker but it was way over that thanks to their unclear calculations. They also increased my premiums without telling me following a claim and I noticed the fee was up by R300 after it was debuted from my account. Don't give these people your money! They are absolute trash. I have also cancelled my account with them and moved to greener pastures. </p>
