Terrible service and refusing to cancel

<p>This insurance called me on Tuesday for a vehicle i was supposed to purchase, to date i have not received the vehicle due to there being faults with the vehicle at the dealership. This insurance deducted over R2000 from my account on Wednesday 11/01/2017 and refused to reverse as i did not have the car in my possession, the agents are rude and very arrogant and feel they talking to people like they *******, they dont know the rule of sales is that the customer is always right... On 12/01/2017, they deducted another R800.00, can they tell me for what as i dont want this ******* of a policy that has unprofessional people that will treat me like ****... How will they behave the day i have a claim??? if they treating me like this now? I rather return to the insurance i have been with for more than 10 years and never had an issue, even my claim was settled within 5 days with my previous insurer..... Please stop deducting from my account as i owe you nothing and dont want your services.</p>
